This Paediatric First Aid Course has been developed for those who are working with babies and children.

This will be of particular interest to Child Minders, Crèche Assistants, Playgroup personnel and anyone responsible for youth organisations.

Although the majority of first aid procedures are similar to those used in adult first aid there are vast differences in the protocols for resuscitation, choking, casualty handling and incident management when dealing with babies and children.

  • Burns, poisons, bites and stings
  • Childhood conditions (seizures, meningitis, diabetes, allergic reaction & anaphylactic shock)
