About our training

From Phlebotomists to GP’s and Dentists to cleaning staff, everyone plays an important role in the day to day running of a practice. In order to ensure that both your staff and your patients feel comfortable and confident in your setting, we have singled out a few training courses that will be of great benefit to your colleagues and – as a result – everyone who walks through your practice door.

Our Time Management training and Effective Communication Skills have helped front-line staff deal with irate patients, whilst our Venepuncture and Flu Vaccination training courses enable healthcare practitioners to keep up to date with best practice and current legislation. Whatever the course or requirement, we welcome the chance to discuss your training needs and to work with you to ensure that your staff benefit from the best training available.
