About our training

From Care Assistants to RGN’s and Registered Managers, training for nursing staff is essential to not only maintain but improve standards of care within a nursing home, where complex needs prevail in what can be a very intensive setting.

Where clinical interventions form part of the daily routine, best practice and up to date procedures are paramount in delivering the best possible nursing care to patients to make them feel comfortable and confident in your setting. We have singled out a few training courses that will be of great benefit to your colleagues and as a result of that, everyone who walks into your Nursing Home.

Our training courses and our qualified trainers consider the complex care needs of the residents and we can assist you with many clinical procedures, from Tracheostomy Care Training, Enteral Feeding Training and Syringe Driver Awareness, to Suction and Nebuliser Training and Defibrillation and Airway Management courses. We can also assist you in delivering care that follows the latest pathways and meets with new government driven legislation, such as Care of Medication and Administration, Palliative Care and Recognising and Verifying Death Training.
