Our range of Induction and Management training courses cover the initial needs of new inductees’ up to the more specific and specialised requirements of senior healthcare management.
Health & Safety, Basic Life Support and Manual Handling are examples of topics that are required regardless of an individual’s role within an organisation. These are mandatory courses for people working within health & social care.
This core area of training also includes topics including Care of Medicine, Dignity Support & Choice, Falls Prevention & Management, Risk Assessment and Safeguarding of Adults for when a greater understanding within certain roles is required.
As a third tier to our Induction & Management courses we offer management focused topics including Recording & Report Writing, Mental Capacity Act for Managers, Safeguarding of Adults Advanced, Supervision & Appraisal and Defensible Documentation.
