Feedback from our trainers

Working for Acute Training Solutions has been a pleasure, I feel proud to work for such a caring company who go above and beyond to ensure that - as a Freelance Trainer - I have got the support and tools I need to fulfil my job requirements. Having worked as a registered nurse for 15 years and making the transition into becoming a freelance trainer was initially daunting but at the same time exciting and I found working with Acute very refreshing and fulfilling as not only is the job itself rewarding and fun especially when receiving great feedback from clients.

Acute have been extremely friendly and supportive every step of the way with great communication and resources to aid my training. It’s reassuring knowing that there’s always someone at the end of the phone and email when needed. I feel comfortable asking staff any questions I have as acute are so approachable and friendly. The resources are great in terms of access to equipment which is delivered, the booking system works well and the course reminders are a great help too.

Thanks for all your help and confidence in me. It is quite lonely out there and it is one of the few jobs where your work is continually assessed on a daily basis…that is why it is so good to have a brilliant team that is ‘rooting for ya’. Be assured that your hard work is not taken for granted.

I have been working as a freelance trainer with ATSL for over 12 months. I have found the experience to be immensely enjoyable and worthwhile. ATSL provide professional, research based training in a variety of settings therefore I can train a broad spectrum of topics to groups of carers and nurses. The company is well organised and fully supported ensuring that sessions are delivered as promised.

Working freelance gives me the opportunity to flexibly utilise over 30 years’ experience in health and social care. I strongly believe that education and training are essential components of any service. A well trained workforce provides good quality care to service users.

Whilst I am a freelance trainer, I can honestly say that I feel a part of the team; I can also honestly say that ATSL are second to no other company I work with – they really do have the edge! I am committed to upholding their exceptionally high standards, and feel rather protective of their excellent reputation within the market place.
