This Anaphylaxis & Auto-Injectors clinical training course is suitable for any person who is involved in the administration of drugs and needs to be aware of the diagnosis and treatment of anaphylactic reactions.

This Anaphylaxis & Auto-Injectors awareness course covers anaphylactic reactions in both adults and children, the correct administration of adrenaline (epinephrine), drug incompatibilities, contraindications and enables participants to differentiate between anaphylactic reactions and panic attacks.

Please note: A competency framework is included in this training. Competency is achieved in the workplace following the training using a competency template. Each procedure needs to be signed off by a qualified, senior member of staff. The completed document can then be used to identify the individuals’ competence.
