This Cerebral Palsy Awareness training course aims to help people examine their own beliefs, and the beliefs of society, about Cerebral Palsy.

Using the work of John O’Brien, the course will look at how prejudiced beliefs lead to a restricted life for people with Cerebral Palsy. As a result of attending this training session clients will have a greater understanding of the causes and symptoms of this condition in addition to the testing & diagnosis procedure. Attendees will also feel more competent in looking after people with Cerebral Palsy in respect to risk factors, choice and decision making.
