The supervision and appraisal training course defines the procedures for staff supervision and staff appraisal development, thus ensuring the link between, management and effective performance/productivity.

The supervision and appraisal training course will enable individuals to be able to work with this condition in a way which minimises the individuals’ distress. This is a full day training course running for approximately seven hours, including an hour break between 12.30pm – 1.30pm.

The supervision and appraisal training course will be delivered by a variety of teaching methods including: Presentation; small group discussion; whole group discussion; individual work; case studies.
