Our supervision and appraisal training defines the procedures for staff supervision and staff appraisal development, thus ensuring the link between, management and effective performance/productivity. Most of us have had some experience of Supervision, either conducting or having and this course is suitable for either scenario.

This session incorporates practical sessions to embed the learning and enable the delegates to practise in a safe environment.
