This Anxiety Management & Agoraphobia training course is aimed at anyone who would like to understand how anxiety issues develop, how it affects are mental and physical health, and ways of managing anxiety more effectively and positively.

The course consists of a mix of whole group tutor lead work and lectures, learners working individually and in small groups. A range of relaxation techniques are also practiced.
