  • Symptoms, characteristics and diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder
  • Attitudes towards Bipolar Disorder
  • Negative connections such as low self-esteem and suicidal thoughts drug use, anxiety, self-harm, etc.
  • Stress and vulnerability
  • Treatment options, such as medication, lifestyle changes and therapy
  • Understanding of depression and mania
  • How to manage ongoing care and support for families including medication monitoring
