This Cerebral Palsy Awareness training course aims to help people examine their own understanding, and the beliefs of society as a whole with regards to this condition.

Using the work of John O’Brien, the course will look at how prejudiced beliefs lead to a restricted life for people with Cerebral Palsy. As a result of attending this training session clients will have a greater understanding of the causes and symptoms of this condition in addition to the testing & diagnosis procedure. Attendees will also feel more competent in looking after people with Cerebral Palsy in respect to risk factors, choice and decision making.
