This Mental Health First Aid course is designed to aid Healthcare professionals to understand the mental health spectrum, how to recognise warning signs of, and provide support to, those experiencing mental health problems.

This mental health training course also covers the impact and prevalence of ill mental health and dispels myths commonly associated with ill mental health in the workplace.
