The course explores the legal framework surrounding risk assessment, helping managers understand their responsibilities under key legislation while developing the competence required to undertake suitable and sufficient risk assessments that protect employees, contractors, visitors, and service users.

Suitable for maintenance and facilities managers, supervisors, team leaders and those responsible for overseeing workplace safety, this training focuses on both strategic and operational aspects of risk management. Delegates will learn how to assess routine and non-routine maintenance activities, evaluate risk levels, implement proportionate controls, and ensure ongoing monitoring and review.
